Bible Land Expedition Study Tour Conditions:
Included in the price of the study tour:
Tansfers with group to/from airports and hotels; hotels; two meals per day; transport to and entrance fees for sites on tour outline; textbooks; instructor.
Not included in price:
Airfare; miscellaneous fees such as single room charges; individual transfers; passports; tips for bus drivers and local tour guides; laundry; beverages at meals; excess baggage; items of personal nature; optional travel insurance.
A full deposit on $750 per person is required. Final payment for trip, including insurance premium, is due 90 days prior to departure.
It is the responsibility of those participants who do not hold a US passport to contact the appropriate foreign embassies for instructions on visas to enter Israel and any other countries involved in the Bible Lands Expedition. Participants in the US on a Student Visa need to check with the US State Department for appropriate re-entry documents.
Per person limit of one suitcase and one carry-on bag.
100% of cancellation fees are covered by the optional Travel Insurance Program provided premium has been paid and reason for cancellation is insurable. Those who do not take insurance should be aware of the following cancellation penalties: there is a non-refundable administration fee of $250.00; in addition these other cancellation penalties apply; cancellation from day of registration to 90 days prior to departure, 25% is non-refundable; 60-89 days, 50% is non-refundable; 30-59 days, 75% is non-refundable; 0-29 days prior to departure, no refund applies. Submit cancellation in writing. On or after day of departure, no refund for any service not used.
