BioSketch:

Dr. Richard Encinias has been ministering as a professional Biblical Counselor for more than 25 years, helping thousands of individuals, couples, and families to apply the practical grace of God’s Word in their lives. In a secularized world in which the Bible is often subjugated to humanistic psychological theories even within the Christian community, he holds firmly to the sufficiency of Scripture in the formulation of counseling approaches. Through the extent and longevity of his counseling experience, he has ascertained the dangers of modern syncretistic counseling methodologies that can, and often do, lead to significant spiritual and emotional damage. He has discovered that the keys to wholeness and success in Christian living are found in the Word of God. A Viet Nam veteran himself, Dr. Encinias continues to be involved in work with US military veterans and their families in dealing with their life challenges.
